For cards that are linked to a Wells Fargo checking account, you must notify BOTH Warrior Card Customer Service and Wells Fargo immediately. Lost cards without the banking option only need to be reported to Warrior Card Customer Service (and the Campus Dining office for Meal Plan holders).

3) Get Replacement Warrior Card:
Visit one of the Warrior Card issuing offices:
